It depends on the product. We partner with different fulfillment centers in the US, Spain, Australia, Canada, and China.
We will fulfill your order in the nearest available facility to your shipping address. If you are in the US or Australia, your order will be fulfilled in the same country most of the time.
If you are from Europe or the rest of the world, then we’ll choose from the nearest available center to you.

Before uploading your photo, you’ll have to follow some guidelines for the best results and a smooth shopping experience.
Don’t worry, these guidelines are pretty easy and are common sense. We just want to make sure you are aware of them.
You don't need to edit the photo or remove its background. That's our job. You just make sure it's high quality and well-lit and upload it as is.
Our graphic designer will edit the photo and make it fit the design on the product.
