It depends on the product. We partner with different fulfillment centers in the US, Spain, Australia, Canada, and China.
We will fulfill your order in the nearest available facility to your shipping address. If you are in the US or Australia, your order will be fulfilled in the same country most of the time.
If you are from Europe or the rest of the world, then we’ll choose from the nearest available center to you.

Yes, we do accept returns.
Our goal is to make you a long-term customer. If we made a mistake, we’ll gladly accept a return and send you the right product.

Most of our products are custom. Meaning our designers make changes to your product to make it personal. This process takes some time.
