Photo Guide

Since almost all our custom products require you to upload a photo, you’ll have to follow some guidelines for the best results and a smooth shopping experience.

Don’t worry, these guidelines are pretty easy and are common sense. We just want to make sure you are aware of them.

The Photo Should be:

Well-lit, preferably taken under daylight
High quality (all modern smartphones allow that)
Clear face, ears, and body
The dog is looking into the camera

Avoid these scenarios:

The photo is too dark
The chest is not visible
The dog is too far
Using a social media filter
The photo is blurry (make sure the dog is standing still)

Should I Edit my Photo?

You don't need to edit the photo or remove its background. That's our job. You just make sure it's high quality and well-lit.

What if my Photo is not as Mentioned Above?

We will contact you and help you take another one at no extra cost. Make sure you enter the right email address and check your inbox every once in a while.
