Before uploading your photo, please make sure you follow these guidelines for the best results. They are common sense, we just want you to be aware of them.

Make sure the photo is:

  • Well-lit, preferably taken under daylight
  • High quality (all modern smartphones allow that)
  • Clear face, ears, and body
  • The dog is looking into the camera
  • The dog is standing still

Avoid these scenarios:

  • The photo is too dark
  • The chest is not visible
  • The dog is too far
  • Using a social media filter
  • The photo is blurry (make sure the dog is standing still)

You don't need to edit the photo or remove its background. That's our job.
You just make sure it's high quality and well-lit and upload it as is.

Our graphic designer will edit the photo and make it fit the design of the product.
